3. Accounts
You may browse the Site without an account, but you will need to provide order information at checkout. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@texastruckparts.shop if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Products, listings, and fitment
We sell new OEM take-off parts, used OEM take-off parts, and aftermarket truck parts and accessories. Each product page describes the part, its condition, and (where available) the vehicle make, model, and year fitment information.
Condition
“OEM take-off” parts are original-equipment parts removed from new or low-mileage vehicles. They may show minor handling marks, mounting marks, or storage wear consistent with their condition tier. Used parts are described honestly with photos and notes; minor cosmetic wear is normal and is not a defect.
Fitment
It is your responsibility to confirm a part fits your vehicle before you order. We list the year, make, model, and trim that the part is intended to fit, and we are happy to help confirm fitment by phone or email before you place the order. We are not responsible for fitment errors that result from incorrect VIN, year, make, or model information you provide. See our Return, Warranty & Claims Policy for our Fitment Guarantee.
Photos and listings
Product photos may be representative. Colors may vary slightly between monitors and devices. If a listing contains a typographical error in price, description, or availability, we may correct the listing or cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
Availability
Inventory is limited and changes frequently. We do not guarantee that any item shown on the Site will remain available, and we may discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.
5. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, and may be added to your order if we are required to collect tax in that state.
We accept payment through our PCI-compliant payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
Orders are charged at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
6. Order acceptance, changes, and cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send an order-confirmation or shipment-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after charging your payment method, we will refund you in full.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@texastruckparts.shop or (832) 706-8091. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in fulfillment. Orders that have already shipped follow the Returns process below.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for large items. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss
Once the carrier scans your package as picked up, the risk of loss and title transfer to you. We package every order carefully, but if a package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened in transit, please follow the inspection and damage-claim process in the Return, Warranty & Claims Policy.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address. Re-ship fees, return-to-sender fees, and re-routing fees that are caused by an incorrect address are your responsibility.
Freight deliveries
Large items (bumpers, beds, hoods, body panels, full sets of wheels) ship by freight and may require curbside delivery, an appointment, and a signature. You are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt and for noting any visible damage on the receipt.
8. Returns, warranty, and claims
Our full Return, Warranty & Claims Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The policy explains who can return, what can be returned, how long you have to start a return, restocking fees, freight return rules, warranty coverage, and how to file a damage or shortage claim.
Some items are non-returnable (for example, electrical parts that have been installed, opened paint and chemicals, special-order items, and clearance items). Read the Return, Warranty & Claims Policy before you order a non-returnable item.
9. Customer responsibilities and installation
Truck parts can be heavy, sharp, and mechanically complex. Improper installation can damage your vehicle, void warranties, and create safety hazards.
You are responsible for:
- Confirming that a part fits your vehicle before installation.
- Having parts installed by a qualified mechanic where appropriate.
- Following all applicable manufacturer installation, torque, alignment, and break-in instructions.
- Complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing your vehicle’s modifications, equipment, and use on public roads.
Texas Truck Parts is not a vehicle manufacturer or installer and does not give engineering, safety, or installation advice beyond what is published on the Site or in the manufacturer’s documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site, an order, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Texas Truck Parts and its owners, employees, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any installation, modification, or use of a product you purchased from us.

17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your privacy rights. By using the Site, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business, our products, or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email if we have your address. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site, an order, or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you and Texas Truck Parts each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your state of residence.
20. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Return, Warranty & Claims Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Texas Truck Parts regarding the Site and your orders, and they replace any prior agreement on the same subject.
