All products typically take 2-3 days to ship out. We will provide tracking information as soon as items are picked up or shipped out. Our primary freight carriers include Central Transport, SEFL, and T Force Freight.

If a product is purchased on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Freight items are shipped on pallets with protective foam, while any tailgate over $2500 is shipped in a crate.

Upon the arrival of this item, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect both the exterior and contents of the package before signing for receipt. Although insurance is provided with your purchase, it's imperative to note that freight companies will not cover items signed off as received in good condition. While I will endeavor to assist you to the best of my ability, it's important to recognize the challenges in seeking recourse from these companies, as they often seek to absolve themselves of responsibility.
